Unfortunately, everything has an end, and my dream trip to Dubai finished as well. But it doesn’t mean that I gonna stay in the hotel or cafe and just count time till my flight. I have other plans for my last day in Dubai. First of all breakfast at the hotel, I already told you about awesome service there.  So, we are going to Jumeirah Mosque . Of course, it is not so fantastic as Sheikh Zayed Mosque which is located in Abu Dhabi. But Jumeirah Mosque is an only mosque which opens its doors to everyone regardless to religion.  I took a bus from my hotel, it goes directly to the mosque, and also, you can enjoy beautiful landscapes, like a city tour bus. By the way, I find regular public buses more touristic than city tour buses. Some local buses have a perfect route to see the main sights. Every day at 10AM mosque proceeds a small tour around the mosque and tell visitors about the mosque and religion. After the tour visitors can talk to Imam, and take pictures. ...

Yes, today we will visit the highest building in the world —  to the Burj Khalifa .  Few facts about Burj Khalifa A construction height is 828 meters, and 163 floors (9 floors of which are for maintenance) . Burj Khalifa is a collaborated project of few world famous companies: Emaar Properties, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, Samsung C&T.  Construction started in Spetember 2010, and official opening ceremony was on 4th January 2010 . The first name was Burj Dubai or Dubai Tower. The United Arab Emirates is a motherland to the world largest shopping malls. And if you are in UAE, in Dubai, you shouldn’t miss a chance to visit this shooping mall. Well, there are several shopping malls, but I will tell you about two of them: Dubai Mall and Mall of Emirates . I am not a shopping-holic, and I usually get bored of shopping very fast. But, if you visit shopping malls in Dubai, you can spend a whole day here. Let me tell you about Mall of Emirates at first. This mall is not just a shopping mall, it is a huge entertainment center , where you can spend not just a whole day, but a whole vacation. T oday I will continue my story about trip to Dubai. As I already told you in last post the United Arab Emirates are famous not only by Burj Khalifa, but also by the Empty Quarter, or as it also well-known Rub al Khali. It is the world’s largest sand desert . And as one of the most touristic country UAE couldn’t ignore that nature gift. Every second tourist, who is coming to UAE, reserve a safari tour to the desert. It is a very unusual tour. And actually, I am not what is more impressive the desert itself or big cars — jeeps, which tourist ride during that safari tour. So, as every second tourist I also booked that tour. It costed me 40 USD . The duration of tour is approximately 6 hours . No, it doesn’t mean that you will ride the jeep for 6 hours and explore deserts. But, actually, you will be tranfered by jeep from your hotel to Abu Dhabi, where the desert is located. This tour is usually an evening tour, because at that time you can also enjoy a sunset and performance. ...
